What flowers do you offer?
We work with the best seasonal blooms and choose the prettiest and freshest flowers at market. This means our selection changes weekly. Follow us on socials to see our weekly colour palette and latest work!

How do I place an order?
Easy! Just head to our website, browse our range, and follow the checkout process. Need a hand? We’re happy to help, reach out here, email us at hellocharliegreen@gmail.com, or message us on instagram 

Do you offer flowers for events or corporate orders?
We create arrangements for small scale events, businesses, and special occasions. Whether it's a corporate gift, or office flowers, we’d love to help. Get in touch to chat about your needs! We don't offer wedding flowers, sorry!

Can I customise my order?
Absolutely! If you have something special in mind, we create custom orders. Simply get in touch, and we’ll bring your vision to life.

Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! Place your order before 11am, and we’ll deliver it that same day (subject to availability).

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to Inner West suburbs in Melbourne. Don’t see your postcode on our list here?  Reach out - we’ll see if we can make it happen!

Can I specify a certain timeframe for delivery?
Deliveries run from 10am-4pm on Thursdays and Fridays, and 10am-2pm on Saturdays. We're unable to deliver at specified times but if you need AM or PM delivery, reach out and we'll try make it work for you! If timing is tricky, pickup is always an option too.

What if the recipient isn’t home?
Please check if someone can accept the flowers. If not, we’ll leave them in a safe spot near the front door unless specified. We are unable to take responsibility if flowers need to be left unattended. 

Do you offer pickup?
Yes! We offer free collection from our home studio in Altona North. Just choose "pickup" and select a timeslot when placing your order.

Can I add a personal message?
Of course! Just pop your message into the box when making your selection, and we’ll include it with your flowers.

What’s your refund policy?
Changed your mind or made a mistake? If it’s the day before your delivery, we’re happy to reschedule for a different date. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, please let us know via email within 24 hours if there are any issues and we'll do our best to make it right. Please double check your delivery details - if an order is sent to the wrong address due to incorrect info, we unfortunately can’t refund it. 

Will I get a notification when my order is delivered?
Yes! Once your flowers have been dropped off, we’ll send you a notification via email.

How can I make my flowers last longer?
To keep your flowers fresh, trim the stems at a 45-degree angle, change the water every two days, and keep them in a cool spot away from direct sunlight and heat.
